Michelle has worked in private practice and has over 30 years of experience working for startups, pre-IPO and post IPO companies high growth public companies, and multinational corporations. She has extensive experience in a variety of accounting and finance areas, including internal audit, preparation and review of SEC filings, budgeting and management reporting. Her public accounting work focuses on auditing, as well as accounting and tax work for closely held businesses. 

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Wellesley College and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

A long-time resident of San Francisco, Michelle has relocated from the Bay Area to her native Massachusetts.

Interesting info – Michelle has traveled to over 40 countries with Laos and Georgia as favorites. She could be a world class travel agent.
