Chuck has a 50+ year career responding to client needs of all types. Beginning his professional career in Chicago, Chuck has been a partner in national, regional, and local firms. He has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, closely held businesses including fuel oil and other distributors, manufacturers, real estate, and other privately held businesses. He has unparalleled experience representing clients in front of the IRS and state taxing authorities. 

Chuck is a licensed CPA who is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Illinois as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.

He and his wife Carolyn live in Sharon where they raised their four children. After coaching youth sports and longtime involvement with a number of community non-profit organizations, Chuck has continuously served on the Sharon Finance Committee for more than 20 years including serving as committee chair and vice chair. He has served many years on the Nominating Committee of the Finance Committee and various other town government committees including Capital Outlay and Priorities.

Interesting info – Chuck’s CPA license number is one of the lowest active licenses in Massachusetts.
