Ron focuses his practice on understanding his high income and high net worth client needs. Over his 30 years of tax and accounting experience he has worked extensively with individuals and closely held businesses. This experience includes tax planning for limited liability companies, C and S corporations, partnerships, individuals and trusts as well as startups and long existing companies; advising on form of entity, shareholder compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and multigenerational family business matters as well as divorce and the related division of assets and income. He successfully represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, Mass Department of Revenue, and other state taxing authorities.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, Ron is a licensed CPA who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Trinity College as well as Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting degrees from Northeastern University. He is also a registered investment advisor.

He and his wife Marie and sons Jake and Tyler live in Sharon where Ron has spent years coaching basketball and soccer, working with special needs children, and participating on various town committees including the Solar Design Review Committee, Sharon Independence Day Celebration Committee, and the Governance Study Committee. He has been a board member and treasurer for various non-profits and is currently a member of the Board of Ambassadors at League School, a leading autism spectrum disorder school.

Interesting info – Ron’s dream to play in the NBA is still alive and his happiest place is on a basketball court.
